Human Resources Intern
Responsibilities
Assist with seasonal onboarding and support day‑to‑day HR operations
Maintain confidentiality while helping ensure compliance with federal, state, and HIPAA standards
Help administer HR policies, procedures, and documentation through applicant tracking and HR management systems
Work closely with HR leaders to learn about recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and more
Qualification
Required
Students or early‑career individuals studying Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
People who enjoy helping others and contributing to a positive employee experience
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to safety and professionalism
Comfortable engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Availability to work some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
