Mechanical Engineer

The Facilities Reliability Engineer will support the Plant Operations & Services Organization by managing mechanical projects and ensuring the reliability of mechanical/electrical infrastructure for space systems.

Responsibilities
Provide technical support to the Facilities and Maintenance organization as a system
Manage mechanical projects related to the Facilities organization
Guide site operations managers and engineers to maintain equipment and systems at peak efficiency
Lead facilities condition assessments to develop project plans and maintenance optimization programs
Contribute to sustainability initiatives within Workplace functions and explore Smart Workplace improvements
Partner with internal Facilities stakeholders, Operations and Maintenance, to help provide engineering support to upgrading and implementing Mechanical and Plumbing systems across the Pacific Region portfolio
Provide technical review for design, bid and construction documents and identify risks and provide mitigating actions throughout the project lifecycle
Provide capacity/demand analysis of utility systems and planning to support growth when required
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of relevant building and construction codes/Standards
Facilities engineering experience
Experience in the design of HVAC systems
Experience working in a production environment
