Item Analyst Senior, C130J Program - Little Rock, Arkansas

Lockheed Martin is seeking an Items Analyst to join their Aeronautics Field Sustainment team at the Little Rock Air Force Base in Arkansas. The Items Analyst will be responsible for providing Total Asset Visibility for C-130J spares and repair assets, coordinating asset movement, and managing inventory to meet program requirements.

Responsibilities

Development of provisioning data, cataloging, requirements determination, and the associated ordering and tracking of initial and replenishment spares
Directing and coordinating asset movement to satisfy grounding aircraft requirements not able to be filled from existing stock
Work with the engineering design authority and Technical Lead to understand change activity and the impact engineering changes have on the hardware he/she manages
Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast paced and fluid environment
Establish a proactive approach to identify and mitigate supply related issues before they occur
Provide Supply Chain Management which includes provisioning, storage and transportation of assets throughout the C-130J supply chain network
Generate replenishment requisitions and manage Fleet Target Stocking Levels (TSLs)
Maintain associated data and provide upper-level reporting of assigned inventory
Must be a US Citizen. Must be able to obtain a Final Secret Security Clearance

Preferred

Knowledge of the following management systems: SAP and GOLDEsp
Knowledge of the following USAF Supply System: ILS-s
Experience with performance-based logistics (PBL); third party Logistics providers, and operational support
Seeking a team player with a positive attitude who is a self-starter and familiar with inventory management and product support activities
Candidate should have exceptional organizational, administrative, and planning skills with prior experience managing complex tasks and suppliers
Ability to work under pressure in a high paced environment
Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
