Sales Development Representative - Equity - $70k to $110k OTE
Whitley Recruiting Partners is recruiting Sales Development Representatives for a leading software-as-a-service company that has raised significant Venture Capital funding. The role involves making outbound cold calls to establish a new business pipeline, with opportunities for training, performance bonuses, and commissions.
Responsibilities
Make 70 outbound cold-calls per day
Be paired with a single Account Executive to establish new business pipeline in an assigned territory
Receive excellent training during a 1 month 'bootcamp'
Have the opportunity to make $2k-$7k per month in performance bonuses
Make $2k-$5k in monthly commission
Qualification
Required
Must be available to start full-time, 5 days/week on 2/20/26
SDR's will make 70 outbound cold-calls per day
Must be able to work in-office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Must be able to work in Sawtelle, Los Angeles
Must have the ability to establish new business pipeline in an assigned territory
Must be willing to participate in a 1 month 'bootcamp' training
Must be able to earn performance bonuses ranging from $2k-$7k per month
Must be able to earn monthly commission ranging from $2k-$5k
