Broker Operations Specialist

Sun Technologies is seeking a Broker Operations Specialist who will maintain the integrity of broker data in the Client CRM environment. The role involves monitoring service results, managing communication with key customer interfaces, and continuously improving broker information and service efficiency.

Responsibilities

Maintains proper internal controls with respect to current broker data
Maintains the integrity of current broker data in the Client CRM environment
Develop, maintain, monitor, and report against department standards/results
Drive service results by closely monitoring work queues and promptly responding to internal and external customers to drive satisfaction
Build, enhance and maintain all current broker information including appointment status, commission payment information, contact information, etc
Continue to improve the quality, breadth, and depth of the Broker information in SAP-CRM and the Client Broker experience
Maintains effective and on-going communication with key customer interfaces, including Client Sales and Account Management and Broker representatives
Identify and recommend systems and process modifications necessary to support the needs of the service organization effectively and efficiently
Effectively manages multiple lines of communication (cases, email, and Teams chat)
Has a working knowledge of SAP, SAP-CRM
Maintains a detailed knowledge of Client’s CRM system/capabilities, and applies knowledge to improving the service to Client’s Sales and Service teams
Analyzes and evaluates issue trends to ensure continuous improvement
Extract, analyze and deliver financial concise financial data, requiring extensive Excel skills
