This role partners closely with business and technical teams to design, execute, and manage high-quality test strategies while supporting end-to-end testing across multiple squads.

Analyze applications and business requirements to develop effective test strategies
Create and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans
Track, manage, and report defects through resolution
Collaborate with business teams to understand features and user stories and ensure high test coverage
Coordinate end-to-end testing across multiple squads, including schedules, dependencies, status tracking, and sign-offs
Provide production support by investigating system or data issues and ensuring timely resolution
Prepare and complete required testing deliverables
Train end users as needed
