Responsibilities
Senior Directors have a central role on projects, taking day-to-day responsibility for delivery, organization of the work into streams, and the effective use of staff members
Senior Directors will work with other senior project team members to develop the approach to projects, or parts of large projects, and are responsible for anticipating, identifying and resolving issues and keeping the senior project team members informed of progress
Senior Directors are responsible for project workstreams and the preparation of major client deliverables, including their structure and content
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or any related business field
Minimum of 7 years of relevant post-graduate professional experience
Ability to travel to clients and to FTI offices as needed
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; the employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas
Preferred
Strong foundation in and knowledge of corporate finance and the energy industry
Meaningful experience in financial statement analysis and financial modeling
Excellent at making complex ideas digestible
Ability to develop and apply robust methods to address complex economic and/or financial issues
Strong project management skills and experience in managing people and individual work streams
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial information
Experience managing client engagements and providing exceptional client service
