Responsibilities

You will lead and mentor a team of 4–5 engineers while designing and implementing enterprise-grade solutions for both off-chain and on-chain systems
You will be responsible for architecting and building Java-based microservices deployed on Kubernetes, ensuring performance, scalability, and adherence to enterprise security standards
The position also involves leading the integration of off-chain services with Ethereum smart contracts, managing data modelling and transaction consistency with Oracle databases, and collaborating with product managers, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver robust and compliant digital asset solutions

Required

You will lead and mentor a team of 4–5 engineers while designing and implementing enterprise-grade solutions for both off-chain and on-chain systems
You will be responsible for architecting and building Java-based microservices deployed on Kubernetes, ensuring performance, scalability, and adherence to enterprise security standards
The position also involves leading the integration of off-chain services with Ethereum smart contracts, managing data modelling and transaction consistency with Oracle databases, and collaborating with product managers, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver robust and compliant digital asset solutions
Familiarity with enterprise design patterns, CI/CD automation, and observability practices is required
Java 11+, expert in Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate
Microservices architecture – REST APIs, resilience patterns, async messaging
Kubernetes – advanced orchestration, scaling
Oracle DB – schema design, SQL/PLSQL, optimization, partitioning
Enterprise patterns – CQRS, Saga, Event Sourcing
CI/CD pipelines – Jenkins, GitHub Actions
Code quality – SonarQube, static analysis, enforcing coding standards
Testing frameworks – JUnit, Mockito, TestNG, REST Assured, contract testing
Automation – integration into CI/CD, regression test pipelines
Observability – Prometheus, Grafana
