In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting Aircraft Mechanics for contract positions, performing high volumes of calls, and reviewing incoming leads through various channels.

Recruit Aviation Maintenance Technicians to be placed in various work locations throughout the United States
Perform resume searches through various databases
PERFORM A HIGH VOLUME OF COLD CALLS to potential candidates. (It is important to us that you are comfortable making a high volume of direct calls daily as it is important to the success of this position)
Perform follow up with candidates in a fast and timely manner
Possible use of social media in your recruiting efforts
Screen a high volume of inbound resumes
Provide follow up and support to VP Aviation Technicians
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Able to work in an office environment EVERY business day
Able to filter through a high volume of possible candidates
Able to make a high volume of outgoing calls
Able to understand high priority times and perform accordingly
Ability to build rapport with candidates and internal employees
Exceptionally detail oriented and organized
General Office: 1 year (Required)
Ability to Commute: Clearwater, FL 33761 (Required)
Perform a high volume of cold calls to potential candidates
Perform follow up with candidates in a fast and timely manner
Screen a high volume of inbound resumes
Provide follow up and support to VP Aviation Technicians
Preferred
Bilingual - Spanish/English a plus
Sales background or sales environment exposure a plus
Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
Excellent communication skills are a PLUS
