Responsibilities

Define mission critical requirements
Develop windows and user interfaces for military personnel user experience
Integrate new capabilities into the Aegis Combat System

Required

Master of Science Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or closely related field
Ability to perform analysis and code inspections in Java, C++, or Python to troubleshoot software issues
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access

Preferred

Experience with Linux/UNIX Operating Systems
Familiarity with Agile product development methodology
Familiarity with Test Automation
Familiarity with Model Based Engineering and methodologies like SysML, CAMEO, or Rhapsody
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a collaborative and team based environment
Experience with user interface design
