Responsibilities
Establish, maintain, and monitor customer accounts, including credit limits and compliance
Work closely with Account Managers ensure timely processing of overdue accounts
Reconcile daily incoming transactions, including wires, ACHs, checks, and deposits through company’s banking and payment systems
Monitor bank and financing applications to ensure timely processing
Regularly review financial reports to ensure that all write-offs over a specified amount have received proper approval
Cross-train in the Accounting Department to help reduce backlog and support AP functions as needed
Assist in various projects and ad hoc requests as assigned by the Director of Operations and Controller
Qualification
Required
1 year of accounting experience
Ability to commute to North Palm Beach, FL 33408
