Responsibilities
Handle full-cycle Accounts Payable: coding, posting, matching invoices, and maintaining AP ledgers
Partner with internal/external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy
Support month-end close, GL reconciliation, and prepare cash requirement reports
Train and mentor junior AP team members
Assist with audits, documentation, and cross-functional financial operations
Provide leadership support in the Supervisor’s absence
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles & GL/AP processes
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, database/query tools (Access, SQL, Yardi)
Excellent communication & customer service skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
High School Diploma required
In lieu of a Bachelor's degree: 4 additional years of AP experience
Preferred
Experience with Oracle or Ariba is a plus
