Responsibilities
Operate lawnmowers, trimmers, and other landscaping equipment with precision to maintain grass areas at optimal standards
Perform edging, weeding, and other landscaping tasks to enhance the overall appearance and health of the property
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of lawn care equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing landscaping and groundskeeping duties
Assist with minor maintenance tasks beyond mowing responsibilities, contributing to the overall upkeep of the property
Maintain clean and organized work areas, promoting a safe and efficient work environment
Identify and promptly report any hazards or necessary repairs to the supervisor for resolution
Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure consistent property maintenance standards
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience with lawn care equipment
Follows safety protocols
Works efficiently in outdoor environments
Physical stamina
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Proficient in providing outstanding service to guests and residents
Ability to convey information clearly and persuasively to individuals and groups of customers or associates
Capable of applying common sense understanding to carry out instructions provided in various formats, whether written, oral, or diagram form
Skilled in addressing challenges that may arise, particularly those involving multiple variables in standardized situations
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Good communication skills and ability to work independently or with a team
Physical labor required, including lifting and operating machinery
Constantly stand, walk, push, pull, lift grasp, bend and kneel; Frequently use arms and hands
Clear vision and hearing to communicate effectively
Depending on the season, there is a possibility of encountering cold temperatures, heat, humidity, rain, and cold temperatures
May require early morning or weekend shifts, depending on property needs
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience operating commercial mowing and landscaping equipment
Knowledge of basic lawn care techniques and safety procedures
Valid driver's license may be required based on job location
