Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities
Perform password resets and account unlocks through Active Directory
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365, Zebra/Thermal printers, and workstation performance
Provide excellent customer service to internal users
Escalate unresolved technical issues appropriately to senior engineers
Manage support requests through a ticketing system (SysAid experience preferred but not required — experience with any helpdesk tool is acceptable)
Qualification
Required
Technical assistance from Level 0 through advanced Level 2 support
User account maintenance
Workstation troubleshooting
Timely escalation of complex issues to senior engineers
Perform password resets and account unlocks through Active Directory
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365, Zebra/Thermal printers, and workstation performance
Provide excellent customer service to internal users
Manage support requests through a ticketing system
M365 administration and user support
Active Directory management (password resets, group policies, permissions)
Printer troubleshooting (Zebra and Thermal)
Basic networking knowledge (IP, connectivity, VPN)
General workstation setup and diagnostics
Preferred
SysAid experience preferred but not required — experience with any helpdesk tool is acceptable
