Responsibilities

Support project and workstream management to ensure on-time and on-budget completion and realization of value for Participants. Anticipate and resolve issues, and set priorities for tasks based on relative importance and urgency
Develop and communicate clear, concise, and compelling deliverables
Demonstrate attention to detail, producing error-free documents
Contribute to decisions by providing fact-based recommendations
Apply reasonable perspective on the impact and risk of business decisions
Provide written and oral updates to consulting clients, new Participants and The Resource Group leaders
Analyze non-labor expense reduction opportunities to assess impact and feasibility
Demonstrate flexibility and ability to take on tasks beyond assigned responsibility
Confidently and constructively challenge the status quo; seek opportunities to recommend a better approach
Develop and utilize support tools using advanced Excel, Access, and Tableau for implementation support and tracking and reporting of performance metrics for improvement initiatives
Develop effective relationships with the Participant (site of care), to assist with achieving the benefits of The Resource Group’s Solutions and add to the internal knowledge base from project experience

Required

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required

Preferred

A Master's degree
2 years of professional experience and/or an internship in project management, initiative implementation, and/or healthcare setting experience
Professional working proficiency of Google Workspace applications (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc)
