This role involves developing visually compelling graphics for various marketing materials and supporting the marketing and events teams in enhancing the visual identity of the casino, hotel, and entertainment brand.

Responsibilities
Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Lead Designer, and larger team to develop creative concepts that align with business objectives and strategies
Work closely with the marketing team to understand project goals and objectives and translate them into creative visual concepts
Develop visually compelling graphics for a wide range of marketing materials, including digital ads, print collateral (brochures, flyers, posters), social media content, email newsletters, and event signage
Design promotional materials for special events and seasonal promotions
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and adhering to department processes and SLAs
Handle design revisions and feedback from team members, adjusting as needed to meet business objectives and deadlines
Think strategically about how each design fits into the overall marketing plan and long-term property goals
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all platforms and media
Stay current on the latest design trends and seek ways to incorporate them into assets
Create assets for the website, social media channels, email campaigns, and online advertising
Proactively collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new creative ideas
Provide updates on projects during team meetings
Prepare files, perform quality assurance checks on files for delivery to vendors, and coordinate deliveries of any materials
Organize and maintain design files, ensuring they are properly archived and accessible for future use
Effectively communicate with other members of the marketing team, providing status and requested information in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
Must be 21 years of age or older
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within the hospitality, entertainment, and/or gaming industries
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles
Ability to create designs for both digital and print formats
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
The ability to obtain and maintain a valid Nevada Gaming Registration card
The ability to submit to and pass a background check and drug test is required
Preferred
Experience with motion graphics or video editing
