Own the revenue. Forecast. Chase. Close. Deliver
Architect & execute an account-specific GTM strategy that earns client trust
Partner with hyperscalers, ISVs, and AI platforms to build a 'native tech stack' that works
Consult & solve as the 'face of Searce' in client stakeholder conversations & tech forums
Lead engaging discovery workshops using first-principles thinking
Apply our proprietary evlos methodology—iterate fast and fearlessly
Your role is to serve as the translator between a client's biggest challenges and our most intelligent, AI-powered solutions
Propose AI-native, cloud-forward solutions grounded in process intelligence that drive true value
Replace 'nice slides' with 'pleasant surprises for clients' via working real outcomes
Be the DRI: For your client’s outcomes, you're the Directly Responsible Individual

Qualification
Required
5+ years of evolving expertise in business technology & outcome consulting, actively driving impactful contributions within modernization journeys on modern CSP tech stacks
Proven track record of driving tangible contributions to net-new services business development, supporting larger deals and proactively identifying compelling growth avenues
Demonstrated effectiveness (4+ years) in client-facing technical pre-sales or solution architecting, consistently forging and deepening trust as a reliable technical advisor
Growing understanding of the local terrain—clients, partners, and platform dynamics—empowering impactful navigation and direct solution contribution to client success
Consultative Approach with Technical Depth: Engages clients as a trusted advisor—marrying business understanding with technology to design outcome-focused solutions
Client-Facing Fluency: Operates confidently in CXO and VP-level conversations—ensuring clients feel heard, understood, and guided through compelling, outcome-led storytelling
Influence through Insight: Steers decisions with data, logic, and empathy—nudging toward the right outcomes without forcing the path
Structured Problem-Solving: Simplifies the chaotic by breaking complex challenges into solvable chunks using first-principles thinking
