Responsibilities
Support day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, expense reports, credit card reconciliations, and journal entries
Assist with month-end close activities such as general ledger review, fixed assets, prepaids, inventory, and cash flow tracking
Perform daily banking tasks including reconciliations, payments, and deposits
Contribute to financial analysis, variance reporting, and preparation of financial statements
Partner closely with finance leadership and cross-functional teams on audits, payroll support, and special projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a closely related field
0–5 years of accounting experience (early-career or recent graduates strongly encouraged to apply)
Working knowledge of QuickBooks is helpful; exposure to ERP systems and payroll platforms a plus
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential information professionally
Self-starter mindset with a positive attitude, strong follow-through, and desire to grow with the role
Preferred
Start-up and/or manufacturing experience is a plus
