Responsibilities

Analyze and optimize insurance system components
Translate business requirements into clear, system‑driven solutions
Collaborate with vendors, developers, testers, and product owners
Investigate issues and serve as the primary escalation point for PAS‑related production problems
Work on annuity product changes and system configurations
Perform defect/root cause analysis
Create process flows, documentation, SOPs, and training materials
Support testing and assist end users with new features
Maintain high‑quality system documentation and workflow clarity

Qualification

Policy Administration SystemsInsurance applications supportSystem interactionsAPIsDatabases (Postgres/SQL)Manage prioritiesCommunication skillsCritical thinkingProblem-solving skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in CIS, IT, or related field
6+ years of experience in system/data analysis
2+ years supporting an insurance administration platform
Strong understanding of system interactions, APIs, databases (Postgres/SQL), and modern technical ecosystems
Ability to translate complex business requirements into system‑level needs
Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Preferred

FAST experience is a plus!
Life & Annuities preferred; P&C/Health/Auto acceptable
