ATE (Automated Test Equipment) Project Technical Lead IV

Responsibilities

A high competency in the practices of ATE Requirements Analysis, Design Review presentations, and ATE Certification practices are also required, with a strong emphasis on intra/inter disciplinary team cohesion
As an ATE Project Technical Lead, the applicant’s primary responsibility will be to oversee and coordinate all technical project work and to support the team’s Cost Account Management (CAM) activities
An emphasis on status reporting of Integrated Master Schedules in an Earned Value Management System (EVMS), will also be required to maintain all aspects of project execution in accordance with the established cost, schedule, and technical requirements of the program

Required

Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or Scientific field
Minimum of ten (10) years of ATE development, including demonstrable prior technical leadership and Cost Account Management
Strong oral and written Communication
Strong interpersonal skills with company personnel, customers and suppliers
Strong computer skills in preparing appropriate professional reports, documents and presentations
An existing U.S. Security Clearance is desired. The ability to obtain one is required
