Senior LevelTruNeighbor is a patent-backed startup building a peer-to-peer grocery shopping platform. They are seeking a Founding Engineer to lead all engineering efforts and grow into a CTO-level role, with full technical ownership of the product and architecture.

Responsibilities
Full ownership of the engineering stack (mobile + backend)
Architecture, scalability, performance, and security decisions
Product execution from roadmap to production
Infrastructure, deployments, and system reliability
Hiring and leading future engineers
Working directly with the founder on product strategy and growth
Qualification
Required
Full technical ownership of the product, architecture, and engineering direction
Experience with mobile development (iOS, Swift) and backend development (Node.js)
Experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, CloudWatch)
Ability to make architecture, scalability, performance, and security decisions
Experience in product execution from roadmap to production
Experience in infrastructure, deployments, and system reliability
Ability to hire and lead future engineers
Experience working directly with founders on product strategy and growth
Preferred
Experience with geofencing, marketplaces, or peer-to-peer platforms
Interest in long-term equity and early-stage startup building
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile workflows
