Channel Sales Account Manager
Netlink Voice is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join their growing team. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, long-term customer satisfaction, and account growth.

Responsibilities
Act as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of business clients
Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation
Maintain regular communication with clients to understand business needs and recommend solutions
Manage renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Coordinate with technical support, provisioning, and billing teams to resolve client issues promptly
Monitor account health, usage, and service performance
Address escalations professionally and follow issues through to resolution
Maintain accurate account records, notes, and activities in CRM systems
Educate customers on new products, features, and best practices
Support customer retention initiatives and reduce churn
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or B2B client-facing roles
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Comfortable working with CRM systems preferably HubSpot
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Preferred
Experience in VOIP, telecommunications, SaaS, or managed services preferred
Knowledge of hosted PBX, SIP trunking, UCaaS, or cloud communications
Experience working with SMB or mid-market clients
Sales or revenue retention experience
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
