Summer Intern - Human Resources Intern

Responsibilities
Providing general support across HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee engagement programs, and special projects as needed
Supporting employee lifecycle processes, such as onboarding, data updates, status changes, and documentation
Assisting with including identifying potential talent through job boards, online platforms, and resume databases, and helping maintain organized pipelines for active roles
Helping prepare and distribute HR communications, resources, and employee-facing materials
Contributing to HR operations and administration, including maintaining records, organizing files, and supporting compliance activities
Assisting with the planning and coordination of employee events
Supporting the maintenance and improvement of HR processes, programs, and standard operating procedures
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
