Responsibilities

Lead and support bond and securitization structuring for real estate debt transactions
Manage investor relationships, including marketing, execution, and ongoing engagement
Act as a primary point of contact with rating agencies throughout the transaction lifecycle
Coordinate legal structuring for securitizations and loan transactions, working closely with internal and external counsel
Support trading and capital markets execution activities
Contribute to other facets of the securitization process, including analytics, documentation, and post-closing support
