Responsibilities
Provide onsite technical support to business end-users, including deskside support and conference room/A/V setups
Utilize ServiceNow to manage incidents, requests, and changes in accordance with ITIL best practices
Support infrastructure operations, including rack and stack, fiber coordination, and hardware installations
Replace and maintain servers and network switches in a production environment
Act as remote hands support for server and infrastructure teams as needed
Travel locally between sites within Kentucky to provide consistent site support and project assistance
Qualification
Required
ITIL certified with a solid understanding of IT service management best practices
Hands-on experience using ServiceNow for incident, request, and change management
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune for endpoint and device management
Strong onsite end-user support background, including conference room and A/V support
Hands-on infrastructure experience, including rack and stack, fiber coordination, and hardware installs
Proven ability to replace and support servers and network switches in a production environment
