Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Sales Advisors and Business Development Representatives to meet and exceed individual and team targets
Drive a high-energy, metrics-focused sales culture built on accountability, consistency, and collaboration
Partner with Marketing and Sales Operations to maximize lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign performance
Roll up your sleeves daily — listening to calls, helping close deals, and ensuring your team has what they need to win
Identify new strategies for pipeline creation, upselling, and cross-selling to boost recurring revenue
Inspire creativity in approach and execution — turning challenges into opportunities and setbacks into learning moments
Track key performance indicators, forecast pipeline accurately, and translate insights into actionable plans
Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales to refine go-to-market strategies, territory coverage, and productivity
Celebrate wins, coach through obstacles, and bring a contagious energy that keeps the team motivated

Qualification

Required

5+ years of B2B sales experience
2+ years in a leadership or management capacity (preferably inside sales)
Proven success managing both account expansion and new business generation teams
A relentless drive to achieve results — you set ambitious goals and rally your team to crush them
Strategic mindset paired with an ability to execute tactically in a fast-moving environment
Creative problem-solver who finds opportunity in complexity and thrives under pressure
Exceptional communication, coaching, and motivational skills
Organized and disciplined — you know your numbers, your people, and your process
Expertise using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to track performance and drive productivity
Passion for technology and an ability to translate complex solutions into real business value
