Patient Access Associate Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

Provides support to Patient Access team and coordinates tasks to achieve deliverables
Creates and compiles documentation for project related meetings
Produces project plans, status reporting, and project metrics
Reports and investigates variances between planned and actual project performance
May manage key project deliverables including build, design and training of Care Connection
Analyzes project data, dependencies, trends, and resources
Facilitates Requests for Information process from Epic’s EMR team
Participates in simple issue-resolution analytics
Researches and compiles information on requested topics

Required

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare operations or technical support
Demonstrated Electronic Medical Records experience, preferably Epic systems
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with peers and constituents at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated data analysis, data presentation and problem solving skills
Demonstrated leadership capabilities
