Responsibilities
You will build end to end product features using modern frontend and backend technologies, taking responsibility from initial concept through production deployment
You will improve and evolve existing systems while also creating new ones that redefine what customers can achieve
You will lead projects with clear accountability for outcomes, guiding technical decisions and ensuring solutions are reliable, well tested, and scalable
You will review code, help shape testing practices, and contribute to a healthy engineering culture that values learning and continuous improvement
You will collaborate closely with product partners, designers, and other engineers, often stepping outside traditional role boundaries to move work forward
You will help transform workflows by placing artificial intelligence at the center, building smarter systems and new ways of working from the ground up
Qualification
Required
Seven or more years of professional software engineering experience
Strong track record of building high quality products and systems
Pride in writing clean, maintainable code
Significant experience developing full stack applications or deep experience across both frontend and backend layers
Comfortable leading initiatives and owning results
Mentoring other engineers through feedback and example
Experience in fast paced, iterative environments
Familiarity with agile development practices
Conducted code reviews
Contributed to testing strategies
Helped teams adopt better engineering habits
Curiosity about artificial intelligence and experimentation with it in professional or personal projects
Eager to continue learning and apply new tools responsibly
Preferred
Experience with Python based systems
Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React
Experience with cloud native architectures
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms
Familiarity with customer data systems
Familiarity with machine learning concepts
