Re-work and assemble custom PCBs
Perform fine-pitch soldering and functional testing
Conduct wire harness re-work and assembly
Create documentation on rework and assembly processes
Collaborate closely with engineers to communicate issues and improvements
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience in electrical engineering or electronics repair
Experience with fine-pitch hand soldering and hand crimping
Comfortable performing physical tasks such as setup, assembly, and post-processing
Ability to work on-site in Palo Alto
Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
