Service Coordinator
Greenacres Nissan is looking for a motivated, customer focused Service BDC Representative to join our fast growing service team. The role involves answering service calls, scheduling appointments, and providing outstanding customer service while updating customer information in the CRM.

Responsibilities
Answer inbound service calls and make outgoing followups
Schedule and confirm service appointments
Communicate repair status, recalls, and maintenance needs
Provide outstanding customer service on every call
Work closely with service advisors and technicians
Update customer information in the CRM accurately
Qualification
Required
Excellent phone and communication skills
Customer service mindset and positive attitude
Ability to multitask in a busy dealership environment
Basic computer proficiency (CRM experience a plus)
Preferred
Call center or dealership experience preferred but not required
