This role involves ensuring safety compliance and providing exceptional customer service while working directly with clients.

Responsibilities
Perform windshield, door glass, back glass, and quarter glass replacements or repairs on a variety of vehicles (cars, trucks, and commercial fleets)
Conduct pre- and post-service vehicle inspections to ensure proper installation and safety compliance
Calibrate Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) when applicable, following manufacturer and company protocols
Safely remove and install glass using proper tools, materials, and urethane application techniques
Ensure adherence to all AGRSS (Auto Glass Replacement Safety Standards) and company safety policies
Provide exceptional customer service, explaining repair procedures and aftercare instructions
Accurately complete work orders, documentation, and billing information
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, vehicle, and inventory of tools and supplies
Communicate effectively with office staff and management regarding scheduling, parts, and customer updates
Participate in ongoing training to maintain knowledge of new technologies, materials, and repair methods
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred
1–3 years of experience in auto glass installation and repair preferred (will train the right candidate)
Familiarity with recalibration equipment (Autel, Opti-Aim, etc.) is a plus
