Submission Cycle Management: Execute multi-week cycle processes: uploading records, analyzing feedback/errors, unlocking for client corrections, and managing final "lockdown" and approvals
Error Resolution & Troubleshooting: Act as Level 2/3 support to investigate upload failures. This involves decrypting files, examining logs, identifying data errors (without editing the client file directly), and coordinating fixes with the client
System Monitoring: Monitor the systems and communication for confirmations to ensure successful processing statistics are reflected in the customer dashboard
Configuration: Configure new and renewing customers within the product, specifically activating collection measures, CMS reporting, and TJC reporting requirements
Implementation Support: Assist clients during the implementation phase by providing IT file specifications and assisting with data file setups
Training & Education: Train customers on the product functionalities. Identify gaps in training materials and assist in updating resources
Contract Review: rigorous review of contracts before they are sent to customers, utilizing the internal sources as the primary "source of truth" to verify accuracy against CRM records
Regulatory Compliance: Participate in CMS Vendor working groups to stay updated on regulatory changes and advocate for clients if CMS erroneously flags missed deadlines
Security: Adhere to strict data security protocols, including blacking out PHI (Protected Health Information) fields when communicating diagnostic data to customers
