Revolution Technologies, LLC is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to support a next-generation military aircraft design program. This role leads system-level design, integration, and requirements across advanced aerospace platforms from concept through production.

Responsibilities

Lead system architecture, design, and integration for new aircraft programs
Own requirements definition, decomposition, allocation, and traceability
Drive systems engineering across the full lifecycle (design, analysis, test, V&V)
Identify and manage technical risks, trade studies, and performance impacts
Collaborate with aerodynamics, propulsion, avionics, structures, materials, and manufacturing
Support development of advanced aircraft systems, payloads, and integrated platforms
Establish and track Technical Performance Measures (TPMs)

Required

Strong systems engineering fundamentals
Experience working in multi-disciplinary design teams
Advanced knowledge of requirements management
Advanced knowledge of systems design & integration
Advanced knowledge of Verification & Validation (V&V)
Advanced knowledge of technical risk management
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field
14+ years of relevant systems engineering experience

Preferred

Aerospace / Defense background
Experience with systems modeling & requirements tools (DOORS, Rhapsody, NoMagic, MATLAB)
Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience
Familiarity with INCOSE standards
Proven experience leading system baselines in complex development programs
Ability to run high-impact trade studies
Experience defining and tracking Technical Performance Measures (TPMs)
