Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end execution of tax equity financings for DG solar and storage portfolios, from term sheet through closing
Structure, negotiate, and close complex project finance transactions, coordinating with legal, technical, and internal stakeholders
Manage financing for multi‑asset DG portfolios (20–30+ projects), ensuring bankability, consistency, and timely execution
Own and refine financial models to support deal structuring, pricing, and investment decisions
Partner closely with development, construction, and asset management teams to align financing structures with project and portfolio needs
Contribute to building out the capital markets function over time while remaining a highly hands‑on deal lead
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated track record leading and closing tax equity and debt transactions, not just supporting or modeling
Experience financing portfolios of multiple DG assets rather than only single utility‑scale projects
Strong financial modeling and structuring skills in a project finance context
Background at a DG platform / IPP / developer or similar operating business
Ability to operate autonomously in a lean team, driving deals end‑to‑end and working cross‑functionally with development, construction, and asset management
