Responsibilities
Collaborate with prospective and new customers to customize and integrate our product into their environment
Work closely with the Sales team to demonstrate technical capabilities and provide tailored solutions during evaluations
Develop proof-of-concept implementations to showcase product value and feasibility
Provide hands-on support during customer onboarding and implementation phases
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code to enhance and adapt the product as needed
Train customers on best practices and provide technical guidance to maximize product adoption
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our implementation strategies
Qualification
Required
4-6 years of software development experience, with a strong focus on Python
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in a client-facing role within the IT or technology sector
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience customizing and integrating enterprise software solutions
Strong understanding of APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Experience building applications with low-code tools (ServiceNow, Appian, OutSystems, PowerApps)
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other project management platforms
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
Exposure to AI technologies and their application in solving business problems
Experience working in a pre-sales is a plus
