Responsibilities
Manage the complete order lifecycle to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
Enter, verify, and follow up on customer orders in accordance with company document control procedures
Serve as the operational liaison within the Supply Chain team interfacing with Sales, Production Planning, Warehousing, Logistics, Inventory Control, and Finance
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers, including replenishment and buying teams
Coordinate and contribute to month-end, quarter-end, and year-end fiscal close activities, including reconciliation and reporting in collaboration with Finance
Investigate order discrepancies such as shortages, overages, or delays and communicate resolutions clearly
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve fulfillment challenges and continuously improve service levels
Deliver timely updates and responsive support to internal and external stakeholders
Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), including fill rate and on-time delivery, to ensure consistent performance against customer expectations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred
Strong computer skills including MS Excel and ability to learn new systems quickly
Comfortable working in a rapidly growing and constantly evolving environment
Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to structured processes
Problem-solving mindset with strong critical thinking skills
