This role is critical for maintaining and elevating the cinematic quality of wedding films, requiring strong independent judgment in editing and storytelling.

Responsibilities
Edit full wedding films from raw footage provided via Google Drive
Craft emotionally engaging narratives using strong storytelling instincts
Select shots thoughtfully, focusing on moments, reactions, pacing, and continuity
Produce work that aligns with a luxury/high-end wedding brand
Apply clean, tasteful color grading appropriate to premium wedding films
Maintain high attention to detail across editing, color, pacing, and audio balance
Ensure all edits meet the quality bar for a 'minimal feedback' delivery
Interpret creative briefs accurately with minimal hand-holding
Deliver edits on agreed timelines, typically completing ~5 wedding edits per month
Implement feedback efficiently and return revisions quickly, often by the next day
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with all client material
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in video production and editing in a similar industry is preferred
Proven experience editing wedding films or equivalent long-form emotional storytelling content
Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro as the primary tool
Excellent storytelling instincts are critical for this role
Strong English comprehension; written understanding is essential
Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of creative decisions
High attention to detail and a compliance mindset regarding brand standards
Quality-Focused: Rejection of 'assembly-line' or volume-based editing; focus on high creative standards
Proactive: Communicates clearly, understands briefs quickly, and turns feedback into action fast
