Executive Assistant
Verdara is a company dedicated to providing retirement plans for underserved mission-driven workforces, particularly in charter schools. They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support their Executive Director and assist with various administrative tasks across multiple teams.

Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the Executive Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing requests, and handling logistics
Prepare for meetings by organizing materials, agendas, and follow-ups as needed
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external scheduling requests
Perform data entry as needed
Assist with planning and coordinating company meetings, including booking restaurants, meeting spaces, and virtual meeting logistics
Support internal processes to help the organization run smoothly and efficiently
Provide administrative and project support to the communications and sales teams as needed
Assist with a variety of ad hoc tasks across the organization, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to help where priorities shift
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role
Strong experience managing complex calendars and scheduling for senior leadership
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing needs
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, calendars, spreadsheets)
