Responsibilities
Oversee and optimize all field operations to ensure jobs run safely, efficiently, and profitably
Coordinate scheduling with Sales, Estimating, and Project Management to keep projects on track
Assign crews, equipment, and resources to maximize productivity
Conduct daily field check‑ins, manage performance, and support foremen and field crews
Lead with safety first—run safety meetings, monitor compliance, and respond to incidents
Track production using HeavyJob or similar systems and ensure accurate reporting
Participate in EOS Level 10 meetings and help execute quarterly goals
Manage workforce systems, approve timecards, and keep things moving forward
Qualification
Required
Experience in construction operations or field management (water and sewer experience a plus)
Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and accountability
Knowledge of construction safety standards and field best practices
Ability to juggle multiple projects without losing sight of the details
Preferred
Familiarity with HeavyJob or similar project tracking software
