Responsibilities
Team Empowerment: Scheduling, training, and motivating supervisory and support personnel. You’ll be responsible for coaching and succession planning
Operational Excellence: Establishing work standards, conducting site audits, and ensuring service delivery meets our highest quality benchmarks
Financial Oversight: Managing the 'bottom line' by controlling expenses, reviewing job costs, and maintaining budget compliance
Safety & Compliance: Ensuring all environmental and safety procedures meet Local, State, Federal, and Company requirements
Client Partnership: Acting as the primary liaison for the client, providing feedback on unique requirements, and identifying opportunities to expand the relationship
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of management experience where you've demonstrated the ability to lead, coach, and develop a team
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to create productivity, staffing, and budget plans
A 'people-first' attitude with a passion for customer service and a drive to initiate corrective actions professionally
The ability to manage janitorial operations across all shifts and troubleshoot problems in a fast-paced environment
