Responsibilities
Ensure the seamless daily operation of a high‑traffic campus facility by overseeing building functions and coordinating contracted services
In this role, you’ll take the lead on managing vendor relationships, reviewing service agreements, and maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well‑functioning environment
You’ll also deliver exceptional front‑line support to hundreds of visitors each day, helping create a positive experience from the moment they walk in

Knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of customer service practices
Skill & Ability to exercise independent judgement in evaluating situations, making decisions, and prioritizing work
