Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate trends, and support executive-level decision-making
Exceptional leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and executives
Preferred
Advanced knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, such as GAAP or IFRS
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA certification is a plus)
Experience in the investment or financial services industry
