Responsibilities

Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives
Determine the optimal approach between out-of-the-box capabilities, AppExchange solutions, and custom solutions
Participate in all software development phases, including analysis, requirements development, prototyping, coding, testing, deployment, and support
Leverage Salesforce skills to deliver business solutions while maintaining functionality in a complex, global organization
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient implementation and integration of projects within set timelines

Qualification

Required

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Configuration, Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning Web Components
Proficient in JavaScript, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, and VSCode
Strong experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Jira, Copado, Flosum)

Preferred

Telecom industry experience is highly desirable but not mandatory
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Salesforce Developer certification(s) will be considered an advantage
