Revenue Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

Partner with the Director of Revenue Operations to identify, prioritize, and implement improvements across revenue systems
Own pipeline reporting, forecasting accuracy, and dashboard infrastructure
Create and maintain reports that provide actionable insights for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
Manage data enrichment, hygiene, and lifecycle management across CRM objects
Serve as the internal HubSpot point of contact for go-to-market teams
Build and maintain scalable workflows, custom automations, and datasets within HubSpot
Collaborate with stakeholders to align CRM structure with business needs and campaign objectives
Support cross-functional enablement through documentation, training, and process clarity

Required

3+ years of experience working with HubSpot, including Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs
Strong experience building and maintaining HubSpot workflows, automations, reports, and dashboards
Proven ability to manage data hygiene, lifecycle stages, and CRM structure across contacts, companies, and deals
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into operational improvements
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups)
Experience working with project management tools such as ClickUp
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and active listening skills
Curious, persistent, and solutions-oriented mindset
Superb written and spoken English (we assess skills unassisted by AI tools, Grammarly, and ChatGPT)
Entrepreneurial, attentive to others, curious, and hungry for growth
