Responsibilities
Ensure that safety, quality, and on-time delivery are the prime focus
Responsible for Supplier Claims (chargebacks, samples, Corrective Actions)
Responsible for helping Quality department with data entry for Product certification, traveler quality and traveler storage, including Off site storage preparations and logging of files stored
Create Manual Material Certifications
Create purchase Requisitions for the quality department
Help with Red Bin routine and material disposition. Release Coils from Holds
Manage Gage tracking process, oversee gage assignment to proper teams, set alerts for expiring measuring devices. (MSA)
Assist with the development and management of IATF16949 documentation
Assist Quality Manager and Auditors in conducting internal audits (Internal Auditor)
Participate in RCCA/8D analysis for customer and internal quality issues
Participate in PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis) and Control Plan reviews together with cross functional teams
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
3-5 Year's of experience in manufacturing setting is required
Demonstration of analytical, organizational, and communication skills is required
Basic knowledge of Quality Systems and Auditing (Automotive Industry Standards) is required
Advanced computer skills are required
Preferred
Associate's degree in related field is highly preferred
Knowledge of problem solving tools are preferred
