Operations Project Coordinator
Joulé is a company that supports day-to-day operations across multiple teams. They are seeking an Operations Project Coordinator to manage workflows, track budgets, and ensure timely execution of projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities
Support multiple teams by managing workflows, priorities, and administrative tasks
Coordinate project plans, schedules, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
Assist with planning and execution of brand team activities, events, trainings, and meetings
Track budgets, monitor expenses, reconcile costs, and flag discrepancies for reporting
Draft, edit, and distribute internal communications, announcements, and updates
Process invoices and coordinate with vendors on billing and deliverables
Serve as a point of contact between internal teams, leadership, and external partners
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting notes, and track action items
Prepare, maintain, and update reports, dashboards, documentation, and databases
Support process improvement efforts by documenting procedures, workflows, and guidelines
Coordinate external contracts, renewals, deliverables, and vendor communications in alignment with organizational policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience developing and monitoring project plans, timelines, and deliverables
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently
Experience tracking budgets, expenses, inventory, or financial documentation
Proficiency preparing written communications, reports, and project documentation
Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams and external vendors
