Responsibilities
Proactively create demand within the SLEM market through stakeholder engagement, networking, and targeted outreach
Create contract execution, through opportunity discovery, design, proposal development, and closing deals
Drive revenue growth through new acquisitions and sustaining and expanding existing accounts
Accurately forecast and achieve high annual revenue and margin objectives
Develop, present, and negotiate tailored proposals and contracts to meet and exceed client requirements
Establish, maintain, and develop trusted relationships with client decision-makers and influencers to gain insight into future opportunities and current challenges, which will help Trillion plan and drive successful outcomes
Maintain a healthy and accurate pipeline using CRM tools
Qualification
Required
15+ years of selling experience in information solutions to the SLEM market
Strong demonstrable history of quota attainment
Strong demonstrable forecast and revenue projection skills
Experience selling business process modernization technology and services to help clients achieve operational efficiency and transformation goals
Strong demonstrable ability to build, cultivate, and close opportunities in the pipeline
Ability to work with Channel sales strategies to develop and cultivate your sales territory
Demonstrated track record in Public Sector SLEM-specific sales and marketing techniques
Establish and maintain positive relationships with the client base and deal effectively with front-line and upper management
Possess great written and verbal competence, including strong presentation skills, along with the ability to persuade, influence, and convince others in both formal and informal settings
Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other software applications
Strong ability to uncover public agency needs, articulate value, build ROI-based business cases, and navigate long, multi-stakeholder buying cycles and formal procurement processes
Advanced skills in opportunity qualification, forecasting, proposal development, and negotiations
Experience using CRM tools
Deep understanding of SLEM operating environments, funding cycles, and compliance constraints
