Responsibilities
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and implement ways to grow market share and improve customer experience
Work closely with development teams to create detailed marketing and product requirements
Liaise and manage important alpha and beta testing collaborations
Generate business cases that support the innovation of new products
Launch new products into the market with well-honed go-to-market strategies
Deliver and support product training sessions, webinars and tradeshow activity
Develop and write value propositions to support on-market campaigns
Be the subject matter expert about your products on enzyme-based technologies, hydrophilic interaction chromatography, lipid analyses and ion exchange column technologies
Represent the company by visiting customers and attending conferences to present technical information and solicit feedback on our products
Partner with our sales teams to find new customers and also increase business with existing accounts
Create marketing literature, website content, social selling messages, and customer email content
Qualification
Required
Minimum BS in a scientific field
Minimum of 6 years of experience in a scientific field, including time spent as a product manager, strategic marketing leader, commercial role or in science-based business development work
Understanding of the analytical chromatography market and direct exposure to viral vector or nucleic acid separations and/or enzyme-based assays
Experience with developing and leading 'Go-to-Market' product strategies
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Advanced degree, such as an MBA, MS, or PhD
