The role involves ensuring safe interactions between therapy goats and guests, transporting goats to various locations, and maintaining a clean environment during sessions.

Responsibilities
Transport goats safely to classes and events (typically 2–6 goats per session)
Set up and break down each class (including laying out mats and preparing the space)
Guide guests confidently and clearly on safety rules and experience flow (you must be able to project your voice in a group setting)
Handle goats and support safe interactions between goats and clients at all times
Clean up after goats as needed during sessions (yes—this includes poop/pee on client mats; you will clean and sanitize)
Support instructors and staff during classes to keep things running smoothly
Represent GGA professionally at all times—on the farm and at partner venues
Promote GGA experiences to guests during sessions (you’ll receive a 10% employee referral code to promote with)
Spend time at the farm to bond with the animals and learn handling best practices
Qualification
Required
Must have a reliable vehicle that can fit two medium dog crates (required for transporting goats)
Comfortable working with animals (goats and other farm animals), including handling, guiding, and cleaning up after them
Strong communication skills—must be confident, client-facing, and able to be loud/clear when giving directions
Must be a people person with excellent guest interaction and customer service instincts
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow safety protocols consistently
Must be able to lift, carry, and move equipment/mats and assist with event setup
Must be willing to travel to partner locations within ~30 minutes of the farm (some private events may be farther)
