Responsibilities
Act as a trusted point of contact for team members, responding to questions, concerns, and day-to-day needs with professionalism and empathy
Support core HR operations by maintaining accurate team member records across multiple systems
Deliver friendly, timely support when handling phone calls and in-person requests
Monitor attendance and policy adherence, providing guidance and coaching as needed
Help recognize and celebrate team achievements through employee engagement and reward programs
Uphold and reinforce company standards related to appearance, safety, and guest experience
Assist with a variety of HR-related functions including recruiting support, administration, and uniform coordination
Maintain organized electronic employee files and documentation
Ensure the Team Services Office remains clean, welcoming, and well-organized
Support additional operational or HR initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Availability to work 30+ hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Friendly, enthusiastic, and people-oriented mindset
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage time effectively and follow through on tasks independently
Willingness to quickly learn HR systems, tools, and procedures
Comfortable coaching and engaging with team members across diverse age groups
